Na aktivity projektu te\u010f plynn\u011b navazujeme P\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdm mentorsk\u00fdm programem, kter\u00fd jsme v&nbsp;\u00fater\u00fd 9.&nbsp;ledna 2024 aktivn\u011b zah\u00e1jili <strong>1.&nbsp;setk\u00e1n\u00edm pracovn\u00ed skupiny budouc\u00edch mentor\u016f kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Do p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho mentorsk\u00e9ho programu je zapojeno 12 kari\u00e9rov\u00fdch poradc\u016f jak z\u00e1kladn\u00edch, tak st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d krajem, <a href=\"https:\/\/poradenstvikhk.cz\/nkari\/zapojene-skoly-3\/\">zde<\/a> m\u016f\u017eete nahl\u00e9dnout do jejich medailonk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/poradenstvikhk.cz\/nkari\/o-programu-2\/\">P\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fd mentorsk\u00fd program<\/a> zaji\u0161\u0165uje metodickou podporu a&nbsp;prov\u00e1zen\u00ed kari\u00e9rov\u00fdch poradc\u016f na cest\u011b st\u00e1t se mentorem tak, aby mohli p\u0159ed\u00e1vat zku\u0161enosti z\u00edskan\u00e9 absolvov\u00e1n\u00edm programu v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci I-KAP KHK II koleg\u016fm z&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edch \u0161kol v&nbsp;regionu, kter\u00e9 projev\u00ed z\u00e1jem o&nbsp;rozvoj KV a&nbsp;KP na jejich \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Na\u0161\u00edm dlouhodob\u00fdm c\u00edlem je postupn\u011b vybudovat s\u00ed\u0165 tzv.
